New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- The Parliamentary Standing Committee (PSC) on Defence has expressed concern over slippages in the development of the prestigious light combat aircraft (LCA) and the Akash and Trishul air defence missile programmes. In its report tabled in Parliament on 18 December 2000, the committee noted that the slippages were triggering a threat of "technological obsolescence".
