New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- Focus is set on the launch of the country's biggest rocket, the Geostationary Launch Vehicle (GSLV), with the Chairman of the Space Commission. Mr K Kasturirangan, stating that the rocket would be launched early in February. The flight was originally scheduled for October 1999, but was postponed twice.
