New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- In a striking display of tactical airlift capability, the Royal Danish Air Force (RDAF) led a rare multinational beach landing exercise on the island of Romo, Denmark. Over the course of three days, a coalition of NATO air forces carried out a series of landings and take-offs on the firm sands of Lakolk Beach, showcasing their ability to operate from austere, non-traditional runways.
