New Delhi, Dec. 31 -- Air Chief Marshal Arjan Singh DFC, Former Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force, took the salute at the Royal Air Force College graduation parade at Cranwell on 28 September 1989. The retired Air Chief Marshal was in Britain at the invitation of the British Defence Secretary and the RAF Chief of Air Staff.
The distinguished, 71-year old fighter pilot and diplomat, wearing his winter ceremonial IAF uniform, reviewed the parade, accompanied by Air Vice Marshal Robert Wood, Commandant of the RAF College Cranwell.
