Uzbekistan, Sept. 29 -- Uzbekistan has initiated the construction of a large multifunctional terminal in the Poti Free Industrial Zone, according to "Smart Press." The project spans 30 hectares, with a total investment estimated at approximately $18.3 million.

The first phase involves building a warehouse for frozen products with a capacity of 1,000 tons. Subsequent phases include a 5,000-square-meter closed warehouse for general cargo, followed by a bulk cargo warehouse and a terminal for large and container cargo.
