WASHINGTON, Feb. 20 -- Western Area Power Administration has issued a notice called: Collections From Central Valley Project Power Contractors To Carry Out the Restoration, Improvement and Acquisition of Environmental Habitat Provisions of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act of 1992.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Feb. 20 by Treena V. Garrett, Federal Register Liaison Officer, U.S. Department of Energy.
