ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,405,358, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Zoox Inc. (Foster City, Calif.).

"Multipath interference detection" was invented by Venkata Subrahmanyam Chandra Sekhar Chebiyyam (San Francisco), Yongzhe Chen (San Jose, Calif.) and Subasingha Shaminda Subasingha (San Ramon, Calif.).
