ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,381,512, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to University of Florida Research Foundation Inc. (Gainesville, Fla.) and NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS OF SANDIA LLC (Albuquerque, N.M.).
