According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention relates to novel thioridazine analogue compounds of formula (I): wherein R1 is OCH3 or NH2, particularly suitable to be used in the treatment of pediatric acute myeloid leukemia harboring the t(6;11)(q27;q23) KMT2A/AFDN rearrangement."
