ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,461,255, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to UNIVERSITA' DEGLI STUDI DI MILANO-BICOCCA (Milan) and GLASS TO POWER S.P.A. (Rovereto, Italy).
