ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,378,184, issued on Aug. 5, was assigned to United States of America as represented by the Secretary of the Air Force (Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio).

"All-aromatic liquid-crystalline homo-polyimides with aromatic endgroups and crosslinked products therefrom" was invented by Loon-Seng Tan (Centerville, Ohio) and Zhenning Yu (Beavercreek, Ohio).
