"Circularly polarized solderless antenna with frequency-scalable circuit" was invented by Justin Long (Greenbelt, Md.), Victor Marrero-Fontanez (Greenbelt, Md.), Wei-Chung Huang (College Park, Md.) and Cornelis Du Toit (Ellicott City, Md.).
