ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,338,517, issued on June 24, was assigned to UDDEHOLMS AB (Hagfors, Sweden).

"Stainless steel and a cutting tool body made of the stainless steel" was invented by Staffan Gunnarsson (Uddeholm, Sweden) and Magnus Tidesten (Hagfors, Sweden).
