ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,308,833, issued on May 20, was assigned to Toyota Research Institute Inc. (Los Altos, Calif.) and Toyota Jidosha K.K. (Toyota, Japan).

"Room temperature superconducting circuit elements and methods of manufacturing the same" was invented by Joseph Harold Montoya (Berkeley, Calif.) and Abraham Silar Anapolsky (San Mateo, Calif.).
