ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,391,836, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America Inc. (Plano, Texas) and Toyota Jidosha K.K. (Toyota, Japan).
