ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 29 -- United States Patent no. 12,209,283, issued on Jan. 28, was assigned to THE SCRIPPS RESEARCH INSTITUTE (La Jolla, Calif.) and NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY (Evanston, Ill.).

"Genome-wide classifiers for detection of subacute transplant rejection and other transplant conditions" was invented by Sunil M. Kurian (San Diego), Michael M. Abecassis (Chicago) and John J. Friedewald (Chicago).
