ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,366,705, issued on July 22, was assigned to THE RESEARCH FOUNDATION FOR THE STATE UNIVERISTY OF NEWYORK (Albany, N.Y.).
"Photonics optoelectrical system" was invented by William Charles (Albany, N.Y.), Douglas Coolbaugh (Albany, N.Y.), Douglas La Tulipe (Albany, N.Y.) and Gerald L. Leake Jr. (Albany, N.Y.).
