ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,463,402, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN (Ann Arbor, Mich.).

"Nanowire light emitting devices" was invented by Yong-Ho Ra (Jinju, South Korea), Roksana Tonny Rashid (Montreal), Xianhe Liu (Ann Arbor, Mich.) and Zetian Mi (Ann Arobr, Mich.).
