ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,459,909, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to The Regents of the University of California (Oakland, Calif.).

"Nitrosation reagents and methods" was invented by Ryan D. Baxter (Merced, Calif.) and Jordan Galloway (Merced, Calif.).
