ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,371,855, issued on July 29, was assigned to The Regents of the University of California (Oakland, Calif.) and NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS OF SANDIA LLC (Albuquerque, N.M.).
