ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,410,323, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Hong Kong) and Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Guangzhou) (Guangzhou, China).
