ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,540,759, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to The Government of the United States of America, as represented by the Secretary of the Navy (Arlington, Va.).

"Two opening Dewar with desiccant annulus" was invented by Christofer Joseph Fackrell (Monterey, Calif.), Anthony Gerard Pollman (Monterey, Calif.) and Douglas Lee Van Bossuyt (Monterey, Calif.).
