ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,385,051, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES AS REPRESENTED BY THE SECRETARY OF THE ARMY (Fort Detrick, Md.).
