ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,428,648, issued on Sept. 30, was assigned to THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS (Little Rock, Ark.).
