ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,467,065, issued on Nov. 11, was assigned to The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (Stanford, Calif.).

"Recombinant adeno-associated virus capsids with enhanced human pancreatic tropism" was invented by Katja Pekrun (Palo Alto, Calif.) and Mark A. Kay (Los Altos, Calif.).
