ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,315,362, issued on May 27, was assigned to The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (Stanford, Calif.).

"3-d printable multi-degrees-of-freedom haptic interfaces for stimulating skin strech, pressure and vibrotactile feedback on a user's body" was invented by Zhenishbek Zhakypov (Mountain View, Calif.) and Allison M. Okamura (Mountain View, Calif.).
