"Use of rasagiline for the treatment of restless legs syndrome" was invented by Eran Blaugrund (Rehovot, Israel) and Ruth Levy (Tel Aviv, Israel).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed are methods for the treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome comprising administering an amount of R(+)-N-propargyl-1-aminoindan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof."
