"Fractional reuse of resources with flexible energy detection in unlicensed spectrum" was invented by Havish Koorapaty (Saratoga, Calif.), Jung-Fu Cheng (Fremont, Calif.), Iana Siomina (Taby, Sweden), Esther Sienkiewicz (Ottawa), Muhammad Kazmi (Sundbyberg, Sweden) and Johan Rune (Lidingo, Sweden).
