ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,383,510, issued on Aug. 12, was assigned to Starton Therapeutics Inc. (Paramus, N.J.).

"Treatment of vomiting and nausea with minimum dose of olanzapine" was invented by James Oliver (Raleigh, N.C.), Fotios Plakogiannis (Whitestone, N.Y.), Tamanna Lather (Livingston, N.Y.), Marina Borovinskaya (East Brunswick, N.J.), Nisarg Modi (Plainview, N.Y.) and Rod L. Hartwig (Hamburg, N.J.).
