ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,540,424, issued on Feb. 3, was assigned to Southern Mills Inc. (Union City, Ga.).
"Flame resistant fabrics formed of long staple yarns and filament yarns" was invented by Charles S. Dunn (Griffin, Ga.), Michael A. Laton (Fayetteville, Ga.), Brian John Walsh (Atlanta) and Scott Ritenour (Peachtree City, Ga.).
