US Patent Issued to Societe des Produits Nestle on June 17 for "Coffee compositions" (Swiss, American, Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,329,176, issued on June 17, was assigned to Societe des Produits Nestle S.A. (Vevey, Switzerland).

"Coffee compositions" was invented by Christian Milo (Dublin, Ohio), Luigi Poisson (Courgevaux, Switzerland), Yipin Zhou (Marysville, Ohio), Valerie Martine Jeanine Leloup (Orbe, Switzerland) and Shinichiro Morimoto (Hyogo, Japan).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Coffee compositions that are derived from medium- and high-yield extracts while also having improved taste and aroma. Processes for producing such coffee compositions are also shown."

The patent was filed on April 13, 2023, under Application No. 18/134,132.
