US Patent Issued to Societe des Produits Nestle on Feb. 10 for "Liquid animal digests including dairy fat" (American, French Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,761, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Societe des Produits Nestle S.A. (Vevey, Switzerland).

"Liquid animal digests including dairy fat" was invented by Isaac Ashie (Ballwin, Mo.), Haiqing Yu (St. Louis) and Pascal Vanacker (Amiens, France).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A liquid animal digest (LAD) can include hydrolyzed animal tissue, antioxidant, and from about 0.1 wt % to about 5 wt % dairy fat based on a total weight of the LAD."

The patent was filed on March 14, 2023, under Application No. 18/183,399.
