ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,977, issued on April 22, was assigned to Sintokogio Ltd. (Nagoya, Japan) and National University Corporation TOYOHASHI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (Toyohashi, Japan).
"Gas measurement device having variable volume" was invented by Yoshihisa Suzuki (Toyokawa, Japan), Toshihiko Noda (Toyohashi, Japan) and Kazuaki Sawada (Toyohashi, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The gas measurement device includes a gas sensor disposed in a gas chamber, a filter configured to control passing gas molecules to the gas chamber, and a driving unit configured to move at least a part of a member defining the gas chamber."
