ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,472,011, issued on Nov. 18, was assigned to Siemens Healthineers Endovascular Robotics Inc. (Newton, Mass.).

"Data capture and adaptive guidance for robotic procedures with an elongated medical device" was invented by Saeed Sokhanvar (Belmont, Mass.), Cameron Canale (Groton, Mass.), Omid Saber (Waltham, Mass.), Douglas Teany (Medfield, Mass.), Per Bergman (West Roxbury, Mass.) and Steven J. Blacker (Framingham, Mass.).
