ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 9 -- United States Patent no. 12,352,725, issued on July 8, was assigned to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).
"Reagents for potentiometric magnesium ion selective electrode sensors and methods of production and use thereof" was invented by Wei Zhang (Needham, Mass.) and Kevin Horan (Raynham, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Reagents are disclosed for use with potentiometric magnesium ion selective electrodes, along with kits containing same as well as methods of use thereof."
The patent was filed on June 10, 2024, under Application No. 18/738,534.
