ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,391,705, issued on Aug. 19, was assigned to SHY Therapeutics LLC (Harrison, N.Y.).

"Compounds that interact with the Ras superfamily for the treatment of cancers, inflammatory diseases, rasopathies, and fibrotic disease" was invented by Yaron R. Hadari (Harrison, N.Y.), Michael Schmertzler (St. Petersburg, Fla.), Theresa M. Williams (Harleysville, Pa.), Luca Carta (Scarsdale, N.Y.), Rebecca Hutcheson (Stamford, Conn.) and Charles H. Reynolds (Austin, Texas).
