ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 20 -- United States Patent no. 12,528,997, issued on Jan. 20, was assigned to Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) and SABIC Global Technologies B.V. (Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands).
