ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,358,942, issued on July 15, was assigned to Sage Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.).
"Crystalline 19-nor C3,3-disubstituted C21-n-pyrazolyl steroid" was invented by Paul Steven Watson (Carrboro, N.C.), Bret Berner (Half Moon Bay, Calif.), John Gregory Reid (Wellington, Fla.), Jian Wang (Branchburg, N.J.), James J. Doherty (Bedford, Mass.) and Stephen Jay Kanes (Swarthmore, Pa.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "This invention relates to a crystalline 19-nor C3,3-disubstituted C21-pyrazolyl steroid of Formula (I),and compositions thereof. Also disclosed herein are methods of making the same and methods of using the same."
