"Anisotropic conductive film and method for producing the anisotropic conductive film including a base material having recesses and solder particles formed inside the recesses" was invented by Kunihiko Akai (Tokyo), Yoshinori Ejiri (Tokyo), Yuuhei Okada (Tokyo), Toshimitsu Moriya (Tokyo), Shinichirou Sukata (Tokyo) and Masayuki Miyaji (Tokyo).
