US Patent Issued to Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital on July 22 for "HMGB1 protein derivatives for the removal of biofilms" (Ohio Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,365,710, issued on July 22, was assigned to Research Institute at Nationwide Children's Hospital (Columbus, Ohio).

"HMGB1 protein derivatives for the removal of biofilms" was invented by Steven David Goodman (Columbus, Ohio) and Lauren Opremcak Bakaletz (Columbus, Ohio).
