ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,281,105, issued on April 22, was assigned to Regents of the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The invention provides a compound of formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, solvate, or prodrug thereof, wherein R1-R6 have any of the values described in the specification, as well as compositions comprising a compound of formula (I).
