ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,556,146, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to QUALCOMM Inc. (San Diego).

"High voltage driver for digital power amplifier" was invented by Edward Wai Yeung Liu (San Diego).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A high voltage driver is provided that includes a PMOS stack of transistors arranged in series between a power supply node and an output node. The high voltage driver also includes an NMOS stack of transistors arranged between the output node and ground."

The patent was filed on Sept. 13, 2022, under Application No. 17/944,176.
