US Patent Issued to Purina Animal Nutrition on June 24 for "Mitigation of cryptosporidiosis using hydrogen peroxide-generating compositions" (Colorado, Vermont Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 25 -- United States Patent no. 12,337,013, issued on June 24, was assigned to Purina Animal Nutrition LLC (Arden Hills, Minn.).

"Mitigation of cryptosporidiosis using hydrogen peroxide-generating compositions" was invented by Kay Russo (Fort Collins, Colo.) and Theodore Karnezos (Colchester, Vt.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Compositions for preventing or decreasing cryptosporidiosis in animals are disclosed herein.
