ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 23 -- United States Patent no. PP36,838, issued on July 22, was assigned to POULSEN ROSER A/S (Fredensborg, Denmark).
"Floribunda rose plant named 'Poulnap008'" was invented by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Fredensborg, Denmark).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new garden rose plant of the floribunda class which has abundant, pink and apricot blend flowers with strong fragrance and attractive foliage. This new and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation."
The patent was filed on Sept. 5, 2024, under Application No. 18/831,186.
