ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. PP36,820, issued on July 15, was assigned to POULSEN ROSER A/S (Fredensborg, Denmark).

"Rose plant named 'Poulpah124'" was invented by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Fredensborg, Denmark).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A new garden rose plant of the Miniature class which has abundant, yellow and red-purple striped flowers and attractive foliage. This new and distinct variety has shown to be uniform and stable in the resulting generations from asexual propagation."

The patent was filed on Sept. 5, 2024, under Application No. 18/831,187.
