ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,370,242, issued on July 29, was assigned to POLARIS GROUP (Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands).
"Formulations of pegylated arginine deiminase" was invented by Bor-Wen Wu (San Diego), James Thomson (San Diego) and Wen-Chin Tsai (La Jolla, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided are lyophilized formulations comprising pegylated arginine deiminase (ADI-PEG) and related reconstituted liquid compositions and methods of using the compositions for arginine depletion therapies, including for the treatment of various cancers."
