ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,403,125, issued on Sept. 2, was assigned to Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School (Shenzhen, China), CNS Biotek Corp (Taichung, Taiwan) and Gansu Evergreen Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. (Lanzhou, China).
