ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,330,749, issued on June 17, was assigned to Parker Maritime Technologies LLC (Saratoga, Calif.).

"Methods, systems, and apparatuses to facilitate providing and sustaining a laminar flow of a fluid across a vessel" was invented by William J. Parker III (Rhinecliff, N.Y.), Harold Thomas Workman (Lorton, Va.) and Katherine Howell Brinson (Tuscaloosa, Ala.).
