ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 6 -- United States Patent no. 12,459,848, issued on Nov. 4, was assigned to Owens-Brockway Glass Container Inc. (Perrysburg, Ohio).
"High temperature and low pressure fining of submerged combustion or other glass" was invented by Zhongming Wang (Ypsilanti, Mich.), Liming Shi (Perrysburg, Ohio) and Qing Jiang (Sylvania, Ohio).
