ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,331,043, issued on June 17, was assigned to Oligomerix Inc. (White Plains, N.Y.).

"Benzofuran, benzothiophene, and indole analogs that inhibit the formation of tau oligomers and their method of use" was invented by Eliot J. Davidowitz (West Hempstead, N.Y.), James G. Moe (Stamford, Conn.), Allen B. Reitz (Lansdale, Pa.), Haiyan Bian (Princeton, N.J.), Charles Gluchowski (Danville, Calif.), James Hendrix (Hillsborough, N.J.), Albert S. Yehaskel (Great Neck, N.Y.), Mark E. McDonnell (Lansdale, Pa.) and H. Marie Loughran (Perkasie, Pa.).
